Job Descriptions• Work with HR manager and department heads to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a safety and healthy work environment
• Carries out the employee misconduct, labor dispute, disciplinary actions, termination, court case, and others as related with the employees.
• Initiates training, workshops, as needed, and being a trainer, to line managers to ensure company policies, rules & regulations, and others as related, are well communicated and understood
• Develop compensation and benefits structure.
• Managing recruiting permanent employee and Sub-Contract.
• Control time attendance and payroll system
• Executing payroll reconciliation and annual HR internal and external auditing
• Responsible for expatriate’s formality including VISA, Work Permit, 90 Days Report, and etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager
