Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
1.Campaign Management:
2.Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), Display Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing.
3.Set clear goals and performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
4.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
5.Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
6.A/B test different ad copy, keywords, landing pages, and targeting options to improve campaign performance.
7.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
8.Data Analysis & Reporting:
9.Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
10.Create clear and concise reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
11.Collaboration:
12.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, design) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
13.Stay informed of current marketing initiatives and adapt performance marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving traffic, leads, and conversions through digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and Google Search Console
- In-depth knowledge of SEM platforms like Google Ads, including campaign management, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting
- Experience with social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, including audience targeting, campaign optimization techniques, and analytics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance, interpret data, and identify areas for improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing
