Job Descriptions
People Development Manager
Key Responsibility
Oversee people development department to enhance people capability to meet business requirement.
Manage people development budget align with people development plan and event.
Assess development needs, deliver training and evaluate effectiveness. Strong communication, project management are required. Proven experience andknowledge of effective learning methods are essential.
Collaborate closely with management to ensure training initiatives align with organizational objectives.
Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
Work closely with the operations training team to set people development standard.
Design, lead and facilitate to competency development, IDP, talent development, succession planning and career path program including DVT development program.
Proficient in learning management systems and E-Learning software.
Responsible for people development SOP and related.
Ensuring efficient and effective people development operational.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
Gather, analyze and responsible for people development report and related.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in HROD, HRD or any related fields.
- Age 35-45 At least 10 years experience in Human Resource Development,
- Training or Organizational Development,
- At least 3 years experience in manager level.
- Strong project management and HROD, HRD practices.
- Familiar with Learning Management System and E-Learning.
- Good at analytical skill, communication skill, good team player, hands-on,energetic, good leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Good computer proficiency: MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Office365, Canva and media and E-Unite is advantage.
