Job Descriptions
1.ปฏิบัติงานอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการภายในห้างสรรพสินค้า
2.ดูแลและประสานงานการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าให้เกิดความพึงพอใจ
3.รับข้อเสนอแนะและคำติชมจากลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งประสานงานติดต่อกับหน่วบงานต่างๆ แล้วรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ
4.รับเรื่องกรณีลูกค้าลืมสินค้า หรือทำสินค้าสูญหาย (Loss & Found)
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 21-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี
- บุคคลิกภาพดี/รักในงานบริการและต้อนรับลูกค้า
