Job Descriptions
Responsibilities :
Accurately interpret clients’ requirement and identify suitable candidates through effective recruitment and selection process.
Accurately process and distribute employee paychecks on a designated schedule.
Calculate and verify employee hours, OT and other compensation components.
Keep detailed records of payroll transactions and prepare reports as needed.
Perform variety of tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any employee issues related to compensation or payroll.
Location : Central City Tower (Central Bangna)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of in HRM, Payroll or a related field
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
