Job Descriptions
1)To perform control and continue improvement Process Procedure. 2)To improving the process control the machining process and improve the productivity and quality 3)To planning and prepare the tooling for set-up the new product following FA plan 4)To design the process control for new product (FA) 5)To perform the process optimization for improving the product quality and productivity 6)To perform a in process drawing for controlling process 7)To perform the cutting tool path for supporting production process. 8)To planning and ensure the FA product is carried out per timeline and meet customer's requirement 9)To update the KPIVs for QMS ,EMS and SMS Management System 10)To review and request a quotation for new equipment, cutting tool , Jig & Fixture from supplier 11)To perform any other jobs as assigned by Ass't Engineering manager, Engineering Manager
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  2. Age 25-30 Yes's old
  3. Experience 1 Year or Up
  4. To able to read, Interpret and write the drawing
  5. To able to using the computer and program (Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Solid work, Minitab)
  6. To able to operate and control and improving the CNC machine and Auto latching process
  7. Strong Leadership and positive thinking
  8. Knowledgeable about Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, IATF16949
