Job Descriptions

1. Quality improvement and quality assurance process improvement. 2. Analyze and feedback on inspections parameters for tooling [mold finished products], finished product, and customer feedback on finished goods qualities issues. 3. Internal process change monitoring and control. as well as NC and NG monitoring and control. 4. Propose suggestions to improve product quality and quality assurance. 5. Manage and control testing tools [3D scanner]. 6. Coordinate and support next process to improve production quality. 7. others as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in file of IE, ME, or related fields.
Possessing experiences in quality assurance - quality improvement - quality management system.
Experience in operating automated testing tools [3D scanner].
Understanding IATF tools. Experience in automotive industry will be advantage,
English skill in reading - writing - speaking. Business communication level.
Good analytical skill.
Presentation skill.
Easy to work with foriegner [Japanese].
Knowledge in QC tools - 5 Why analysis - Drawing - Control Plan.
Others as job assigned.
