Mold Fabrication Technician Mitsuwa Chemical (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. - Phanthong, Chonburi The Company has business operation in three factories located in Japan, Philippines and Thailand. We manufacture primarily plastic products for automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, switch knobs for steering wheels. The process starts from development, mold making, molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly. In addition, we are actively pursuing the production of transparent/clear plastic parts, injection molding in clean room environment and molding thermosetting resin to fit maturation and generalization of healthcare-related industries. • Have Skill and knowledge Mold Maintenance, Mold Overhaul, Mold Repair, Mold Assembly, Mold Fitting of plastic for automotive industries and medical equipment product. • College graduates: Diploma up , preferably Mechanical , Electrical, Mold Injection • Experience for Mold Fabrication M/C operate & setting, set condition etc.. • Can control Mold Fabrication M/C and Improvement Defect of Mold repair process. • Experience in Mold Fabrication will be advantage. • Make List Tooling Equipment control if need repair, or change make report (Contact supplier) • Able to checking and Maintenance Mold Machine. • Support new model in process Mold repair Control set up M/C Milling, Grinding • Support Engineer and control operator. • Must be have ISO 9001,IATF16949, ISO 14001 knowledge. • System and document control ( ISO /TS & etc). Salary Remarks Monthly 14,500 ~ 24,000 THB + OT. Position 1,000 THB Transportation prepared by employee -Have Transportation allowance = 50THB/Day (OP - SV)

Qualifications

Male age 25 - 35 years old.
At lease 1 year of experience for Coating / Spray paint.

ประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับแม่พิมพ์ ของเครื่องฉีดพลาสติก
Understanding Mold for plastic Injection
