Job Descriptions
1.วิเคราะห์หลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม In House Training
2.จัดทำหลักสูตร Product knowledge และเป็นวิทยากรในการอบรมได้
3.จัดทำหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม Soft skills
4.จัดทำแผน monthly training plan และติดตามผล
5.จัดทำ Training Need Survey
6.รายงานการขึ้นทะเบียนต่อกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
7.อบรมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานเข้าใหม่ และจัดทำแผน OJT พนักงาน
8.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- กล้าตัดสินใจ
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถทำงานเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ได้
