Job Descriptions
1)Contribute to customers’ satisfaction by securing a high level of a quality and consistency for the service offered by the company. a.Conduct Product audit and give feedback to production or relevant teams for improvement i.The audit is performed in a reasonable frequency and Quality Control Plan ii.Outflow to the market is not over than the planned value. b.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) i.Sign-off approval on releases ready for UAT and production. 2)Develop / Training / Maintain / Update quality standards for new and existing manufacturing processes. a.Develop Quality Standard for new product or new process i.Quality standard is finished in time. ii.Give training effectively to all relevant people b.Maintain and update all relevant quality standard, according to Engineering Change i.All quality standard must be updated and be ready before change is started c.Ensure all quality activities on the shopfloor are conformed to safety and evironment requirement i.Assess the risks and minimize them. 3)Lead internal and external quality complains by following investigation and root cause analysis, determining action plans and tracking status a.Manage and control the status of the quality complain improvement i.Provide the status tracking and follow up to achieve timeline is needed. Quality defect rate must be improved through time. b.Support / follow up the root cause analysis and countermeasure. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective action. i.Quality defect rate must be improved through time. c.Proactively prevent the reoccurrence and minimize the risk of potential quality issue. i.Use risk assessment tool to define quality risks then minimize them 4)Apply QMS to Shopfloor which is relevant to quality scope e.g. calibration, DCC a.Lead all QMS implementation on the shopfloor, according to quality responsibility and scope of work. 5)Supplier Quality Development a.Material specification and validation 6)Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  2. 3-year work experience in Quality Engineering.
  3. Understand and know in QC Tools and Statistics.
  4. Experience in ISO9001 requirement.
  5. Computer literate in MS Office, email and CAD.
  6. Utilize in Problem Solving Skills and Measuring tools (Caliper, Gauge).
  7. Good command of English in communication.
