Job Descriptions

- Provide high-quality and timely quotations to match customer inquiries and maximize profitability. - Assist the Reservation Team in confirming bookings, negotiating rates, and ensuring room availability. - Coordinate with team members to check room availability, rates, and other details to enhance client travel experiences. - Address client issues during trips promptly and provide effective solutions. - Support other departments as needed to meet urgent project deadlines.

Qualifications

Have experiences of working in a Travel Agency or relate to tourism or Experience Working in Hotels business before.
Excellent in communication skills, verbal and written in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure.
Passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Prefer Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of colleagues and clients from around the world.
