Job Descriptions

- Handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals. - Handle full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset Registration, monthly reporting, statements of accounts. - Ensure relates parties transactions are captured correctly and accurately on timely basis. - Check summary of coins in the coin exchange machine. - Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries. - Assist to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit & Loss, Billing/Collection, Cash Flow Status & Cash Flow projection) - Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on company related matters. Comply with proper accounting policies, procedures and methods. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed. - Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when request.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
Minimum above 3 years related experiences.
Proficient in accounting software.
Possesses good interpersonal skills and is able to work with people from different levels.
Ability to communicate in English
