Position: Customer Service Agent - Call Center
Employment Type: 3 Months Contract (Renewable)
Salary: Up To 25,000 THB (based upon experience)

Location: Sathorn Area
Working Days: 5 Days Per Week (Rotation)
Work Shifts: 8:00 - 17:00, 9:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00, 11:00 - 20:00, 12:00 - 21:00
Responsibilities:
-Call handling - Inbound calls, outbound calls to answer inquiries, providing updates to the customer, assisting and completing customers’ requests about related products.
-Chats, email handling - answer product-related inquiries, coordinate with internal team to fulfill customers' requests.
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-Other task related to nature of work and business per the department managers assigned
