Job Descriptions
- Negotiating of ocean freight pricing, and issuing quotation to clients.
- Coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
- To Communicate with overseas agents regarding all inquiries.
- Checking & negotiation of ocean freight from shipping lines and cost control.
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics or related field
- Experiences in ocean freight (New graduate also welcome)
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong written communication skills and PC skills
- Good command of English with Toeic score
