Job Descriptions• Generate insights of the FBL operations based on data analysis. KPIs include, inbound performance, Lead time, stock rotation analysis, damages and losses, seller returns
• Provide FBL sellers with solutions to their demands: Ensure smooth implementation of solutions when they exist, Design solutions when they do not exist. Such demands include but are not limited to: cycle counts, specific packages for specific products, bundles, special promotions…
• Help sellers to optimize their use of FBL based on inventory and sales analysis
• Generate solutions to optimize FBL operations based on process improvement or automation
• Liaison with sellers, warehouse team, and Partner Support Center team on operations improvement and seller experience and participate to the roll out
• Benchmark competition and other industries to identify new value-added services that could up lift our seller’s experience with FBL
• Generate ad hoc or recurrent reports using MySQL/Excel/PowerPoint. Work with the local automation team to automate reports when applicable
