Job Descriptions

Responsibilities Creating and developing powerful reports. Generate daily operational-related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and investigate variances. Create standard analytical solutions for segmentations, repetitive business analysis, etc. Data collection, transformation, and aggregation from external and internal sources. Work with Production team and Finance team to build end to end financial/accounting data reporting process in order to support management decision and accounting report. Troubleshoot data sources and databases, monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data. Providing insights and recommendations to business stakeholders along with an action plan to drive business/product value such as increased conversion. Organizing and presenting data in a clear, concise manner while anticipating current and future decision points. Contribution for fostering data-driven culture in the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related fields.
At least 3-8 years experience in data analytics with Excel or any BI tools and proficiency in SQL.
Familiarity with big query data platforms is a plus.
High analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and problem-solving expertise.
Ability to translate a business problem to an analytical framework, clearly understanding design and its limitations.
Strong communication English skills, verbal and written, and confidence to present to an audience at a business level.
Able to work independently or cross-functionally.
Experience in data analytics Ability to identify and analyze problems and convert data into useful reports for business perspectives
Experience in business applications (MS Dynamic NAV/BI) would be an advantage.
