Job Descriptions
1.Maintain and improve company management system, work together with each department to establish and update system documents. 2.Monitor quality system operation, conduct and follow suggestion. 3.Oversee quality management system operation status. 4.Plan and organize internal audit, follow the corrective action and the verification. 5.The system promotes and carries out an execution. 6.Internal publicity and training of quality management knowledge. 7.External audit and customer audit follow. 8.Product certificate and system certificate, internal auditor assessment and training. 9.In charge of calibrate and maintain the measurement equipment or device. 10.Draw up operation/maintenance instruction for measuring device and equipment in QA department. 11.Draw up annual calibration plan and follow the plan to ensure the calibration be done. 12.Manage measurement devices, calibration and maintenance. 13.Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
  2. Above 4 years relative work experience in QC/QA or similar in the medical device industry.
  3. Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required with thorough working knowledge of QC tools, methods and practices.
  4. Experience/familiarity with regulated product quality system requirements, i.e. ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 14971, and other applicable standards.
  5. Good command of English in communication.
