Job Descriptions
• Developing Marketing Strategy: Craft a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Uniq's brand requirements and direction.
• Initiating and Implementing Campaigns: Generate innovative ideas and oversee the execution of both offline and online marketing campaigns, ensuring completion from inception to conclusion.
• Managing Brand Channels: Oversee all tasks related to brand social network channels, website, and E-Commerce platforms, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and ensuring optimal engagement.
• Collaborating with Brands: Work closely with partner brands to develop marketing plans that adhere to the brand's direction and objectives.
• Initiating Marketing Campaigns with Product Team: Collaborate with the product team to initiate marketing campaigns and activities, focusing on achieving maximum results and ROI.
• Creating Channel Marketing Activities with Sales Team: Partner with the sales team to create effective channel marketing activities aimed at driving sales growth.
• Organizing Events and Road Shows: Lead the planning and execution of events and road shows in collaboration with the event team, from initial planning to successful execution.
• Planning Online Advertising Campaigns: Strategize and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, while setting clear KPIs for evaluation.
• Performance Reporting and Assessment: Report on the performance of all offline and online campaigns, assessing results against predefined goals to ensure continuous improvement.
• Creating Quarterly Marketing Reports: Prepare and deliver detailed quarterly marketing reports and claims to relevant stakeholders and partner brands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Age Range: Between 28 to 40 years old.
- Experience in Strategic Marketing Planning: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Strategic Marketing Planning roles.
- Passion for Apple Products: Demonstrated passion for Apple products and accessories.
- Knowledge of Apple Devices and Accessories: Possess good knowledge or experience with Apple devices and accessories.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and proficiency in navigating various social media platforms.
- Project Management Skills: Capable of completing project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines efficiently.
- Self-Motivated with Attention to Detail: Self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Agile and Flexible: Must have a flexible work-life approach and be adaptable to changes.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of working well under pressure and handling high levels of responsibility.
- English Proficiency: Possess a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
