Job Descriptions
- Follow up billing document with related department/division, subcontractor in order to issue invoice.
- Responsible for the collection and delivery of documents.
- Ensure that the work is carried out smoothly & efficiently and in a timely manner in order not to incur extra charges.
- Prepare Bill of Lading and calculate charges for billing.
- Prepares invoices to customers.
- Prepare delivery reports for customers Ensure prompt billings to customers
- Issue invoice covering all charges as per quotation.
- Review correctness and completeness of invoice and support document.
- Submit invoice and support document to customer within cut off time.
- Follow up statement signed by customer and pass to Accounting Department.
Qualifications
- Age in between 24-35 years
- Bachelor Degree or higher in BA Chemistry Logistics Business International Management or any related field.
- 1-3 years experienced in freight forwarding or Logistics business
- Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind
- Good Command of reading and writing English
- High responsible and willing to learn
- Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking and Negotiation Character
- Willing to work long hours and After working hours and Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
