1.ตรวจการเข้าใช้งานของ User
2.เเก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานตามที่ User เเจ้ง
3.ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ outsource (เจ้าของApp) กรณีเเก้ไขให้ใช้งานได้ปกติ
4.ติดตามการเเก้ไขปัญหาตอนระบบล่มหรือใช้งานำม่ได้
5.เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับ User เวลาไม่เข้าใจ App
6.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง
- อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์ สุขภาพแข็งแรง
- หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- เริ่มงานได้ทันที
