• Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development and Employee Relations.
1 Recruitment
- Find the high potential to “fit” to work with the company,.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruitment agency, and arrange
interviews by coordinating schedules.
2 Training & Development :
- Responsible for all corporate training ; Orientation Program, New staff learning program, All training programs
- Administrate and deliver training report to related department and government.
3. Employee Relations :
- Handle company activities ,employee relations and CSR activities such as Outing trip, New
year party, Blood Donation, Open-minded and Sharing, etc.
4. Supervise the salary , compensation & benefits of employees with Payroll (B-Plus program)
5. Supervise the compliance team to align with requirements of Social & Labor, Safety, environment , and customer's.
