Job Description:
- Check new orders and confirm expecting production date through WOS (web ordering system)
- Follow up and confirm the design with the overseas sales team and HQ purchasing team in case of a new Item or any revision.
- Materials planning (MRP) of raw materials from supplier: calculate materials requirement planning monthly deal with purchasing team.
- Materials planning (MRP) of injection materials ( total materials requirement - inventory stock = quantity for Injection)
- Balance injection machine capacity with the requirement to calculate the working day, and working hours of Injection
- Monitoring and controlling injection plan & output for the injection department to ensure On-Time injection status
- Set up shipment plan & production target in volume and month.
- To announce monthly shipment plan & production plan to related department
- Calculate working day hours to set manpower working time (normal working & over time) and machine working time of production assy line and define the priority of product to production assy department.
- Monitoring production daily output, informing the team of any problem prior, push the team to take any action to support.
- Monitoring and control NG ratio & NCR document status. to re-calculate materials requirement planning.
- Monitoring and controlling shipment schedules to achieve production target and sales targets.
- Report Sale and Production Status to the Factory Director, MD
āļāļļāļāļŠāļĄāļāļąāļāļīāļāļđāđāļŠāļĄāļąāļāļĢ
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science Program in Physics or similar field.
- 5 years' hands-on experience within Supply Chain Planning relevant to Manufacturing, Distribution, Production Control, Inventory Management and Logistics.
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning) & Knowledge in MRP System, Materials management and Production management control, logics of MRP'databese set up.
- Good at math and statistics, Being able to communicate in English
- Excellent knowledge of production planning , BOM (Bill of Materials) and quality control principles.
- Excellent in computer using skill
- Tactical ERP/MRP experience required,
