รายละเอียดงาน
- Focus on plant-wide lean and continuous improvement projects, including process improvement
- To assist in the development of a Lean Strategy to be implemented plant-wide
- Support and facilitate ongoing growth and cost reduction by conducting Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping Events and Lean training as needed.
- Coaching and training employees in lean methodologies.
- Coordinate technical knowledge, related Work Integrated Learning training, including curriculum presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment.
- Develop and efficient training system to manage processes and improve training course.
- Supporting development and implementation of the lean roadmap.
- Work on rapid response certification program to ensure consistency across requirement.
- Responsible for defining technical requirements, process flow diagrams and test strategies of the solutions required for production projects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Profound knowledge of lean methodologies
- Minimum or 5 years in practical experienced in project management, lean management
- Strong implementation of change within the field of manufacturing
- Black Belt of Green Belt certification (Consideration is a plus)
- Business English both spoken and written is required
