รายละเอียดงาน
•Create planogram versions to accommodate varying store assortments and physical store size differences.
•Accountability for leading in Planogram change and merchandising guideline by account / channel.
•Updating planogram when there are new product list in to each accounts and update to all concerns.
•Review and suggest the proposal space by category with category performance when market trend change.
•Suggesting assortment review relating to market opportunity in formation and business strategy.
•Understanding category, consumers an shoppers by apply shopper research, retail audit research and consumer panel research for business solutions.
•Working with Product marketing team to present planogram proposal with key customers to drive category partnership and business growth.
•Review & evaluate with manager after implement range change.
•Create Do’s and Don’ts merchandising standard.
•Works closely with Product Marketing Team and inventory to ensure presentation meets the sales and inventory forecasts as determined by those teams, while meeting Visual Merchandising standards
•Follow and identify shelf capacity according to display rules/inventory rules to balance Space Range Display.
•Review & evaluate with manager after implement range change.
•Develop and evolve databases to keep up with business needs while fulfilling planogram and Customer requirements.
•Ensure the Planogram of each store is suitable, efficient and up to date.
•Work closely with SC and PM to stock-in or take-out products from the Planogram.
•Coordinate with Operation team to support POG and set up date.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3-4 years of direct experience in managing, control and evaluate all planogram for Retail Business.
- Advance computer skill: Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with such applications as Spaceman, Pegman, or MarketMax or aptitude to learn and work with Spaceman.
- Significant project management and organizational skills
- Good leadership, analytical, decision-making, creativity and interpersonal skills.
- Merchandise planning and quantitative analysis skills
- Experience in leading a Retail Business. Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus
