QA-OQC - Perform detailed inspections of outgoing products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities found during inspections. - Follow SOP for process quality/product quality - Maintain KPI quality in production - Conduct Kappa tests to qualify the operator team - Communicate quality issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including production managers and quality assurance teams. QA-PQE - Follow SOP for process quality/product quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Conduct Kappa tests to qualify the operator team - Analize manufacturing processes to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization. - Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. QA-ORT - Follow the schedule for all reliability lab activities. - Follow-up on failure analysis for maintenance. - Analize test data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues related to product reliability. - Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions. - Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. ***Ability to work night shifts***
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong understanding of quality management principles and techniques.
  4. Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or discrepancies.
  6. Good in English communication skill.
  7. Computer Proficiency in MS office and Outlook etc.
  8. 8D Knowledge
  9. Product/process quality skill
  10. Experience with reliability test equipment and instrumentation.
  11. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, MIL-STD) is a plus.
