Job description
Jig Design and Enhancement:
-Innovate and design jigs and tools to improve operational efficiency in the production process.
-Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through jig modifications.
Problem Analysis and Resolution:
-Analyze issues related to tools and machinery, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
-Maintain and enforce equipment standards to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Supplier Collaboration:
-Liaise with suppliers to select, evaluate, and procure tools, machinery, and equipment to enhance production efficiency.
-Address and resolve any issues or malfunctions arising from the use of specific equipment.
Internal and External Coordination:
-Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and address cross-functional challenges.
-Communicate with external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
Information Sharing:
-Disseminate relevant technological updates and information to team members.
-Actively participate in and promote activities related to quality control, safety, environmental management, and other relevant standards (ISO, QCC, 5S, etc.).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics Engineer
- 0–1-year experience in machanical design, machine design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for designing and modifying jigs, tools, and equipment.
