รายละเอียดงาน
1.Control Extrusion & SSP process in the Plant
2.Manpower planning for the shift
3.Plan daily production as per Plan
4.Training to all team members
5.Safety compliance during operations
6.Help production manager in all the activities required to achieve the monthly production target
7.Coordinate with service department and help them in CBM data recording and analysis.
8.Ensure PPE and other safety requirement are in place with proper condition.
9.Ensure implementation of all the checklist and logbook on daily basis.
10.Standardization of process parameters and conditions, ensure compliance and get approval from concerned authority.
11.Monitoring trends of SPC data and specific key performance index.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering
- 5+ years Experience in extrusion and SSP process is advantage
- Good command in English language both speaking, writing and reading
- TPM and 5S activities is plus.
- Have experience in plastic process especially extruder in advantage.
- High responsibility and good team work
