Restaurant Manager Role, Function and Responsibilities as detail below; 1. Must have knowledge of food & beverage products. 2. Ability to manage a restaurants and bars. 3. Ability to manage restaurant manager. 4. Set standard of each branch. 5. Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service. 6. Must be able to prepare/check cost control.
