Job Description: 1. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers 2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies 3. Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 4. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets 5. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth 6. Create development plan for sales team members also mentor and control team performance 7. Cooperation with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or master's degree in related field
Experience more than 3 years in export food industry, seasoning industry is a plus
Must have English test certification (TOEIC >= 600)
Excellence in basic computer program
Strong negotiation and team management skills
