New Model Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
1.Design review, drawing, specification, importance characteristic thorough engineering change and engineering order (EO).
2.Inform to change spec, material, shape, colour., ect. Which concern in drawing.
3.Creating and update Bill of Materials (ฺBOM) using manufacturing.
4.New model or new product by follow up procedure:APQP,PPAP,FMEA, Control plan and product safety.
5.Problem solving on each concern occur during trial new molding tool, Painting and Assemble to section relate.
6.Coordinate with QA&QC team, production team, MT team and relate function to solving process or product problem, design change, process change and etc.
7.Review & analysis problem are both new model and current process to reduce parts and increase productivity.
8.Creating cost reduction project for support KPI of engineering section.
9.Other job as an assignment and support other activities of engineering section.
10.Maintain good house keeping safety,environment Kaizen&5S.
11.Incase of emergency to act according to the instructions of the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Age 25 year up
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in New model engineer 2 year up in automotive plastic product
- Experience of CAD 3D solid modeling would be an advantage. Ability to read technical drawing.
- Problem solving and process improvement capabilities. Able to communicate in writing reading and spoken English.
- Ability to produce process documentation.
