1.Conduct new employees onboarding program and employee relations counseling 2.Develop and execute awareness projects to support the Quality System 3.Improve organizational culture , build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 4.Design & implement HRD projects related. ex. leadership development program/ IDP / knowledge & management & sharing / E-learning / Mentoring / Feedback Culture etc. 5.Leading employee communication initiatives that translate corporate values into the context and enhance employee engagement 6.Develop multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials required for delivering effective learning opportunities

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Political Science or other related fields
At least 5 years of working experience in HROD/HRD
Team player and excellent communications skills
Working day: Monday to Saturday
Working hour: 08.00 a.m. – 17.00 p.m.
Office location: Samutsakorn
