รายละเอียดงาน
• Plan, monitor and control the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities to achieve the company objectives and goals.
• Delegate maintenance tasks, based on priority of work and available staffing and skills.
• Creating and reviewing the department’s documents to ensure compliance with the company's policies and international quality standards.
• Preparing project reports on a monthly basis, planning and executing a project assignment for completing projects on time.
• Supervise a team of technicians to perform improvement and maintenance all machines to support manufacturing operation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in engineering, with a specialization in Mechanics or any related field
- At least 5 years working experience in engineering and maintenance management in chemical industry.
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
- Good team management, leadership, planning and problem solving skill.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
