Responsibility in New model and Current model job, contact with APQP team and customer.
Mold and tooling tracking, BOM and Drawing review.
Follow up of Engineering Change Notice for response product.
Planning for Design verification and Process validation trial run.
To control and follow up Quality issue and solving problem of new and current production parts.
Providing and controlling in document relate new model make and follow up APQP and concerned job.
Testing information provide per Engineering Specification of response product.
Maintain PFMEA, Control plan, PPAP documents
Sample making, development and delivery before start of mass production.
To work as a team with other department to ensure that all of information about new product development will not miss communicated.
To work as a team with other task of company to ensure that the company can achieve all targets.
Maintain and improve product quality, cost of assigned product.
Support customer audit or customer requirements.
Other job as manager or supervisor assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in New model / Project management in Automotive manufacturing at least 1 year (welcome new graduate!)
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, ZW-CAD, CATIA, NX program
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, VA/VE, QC 7 Tool.
- Good in literature computer MS Office skill.
- Good command in English language or Chinese language.
- Good leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure and time management.
