รายละเอียดงาน
Job Description:
Coordinate all Sea and Air Freight activities, including booking, documentation and shipment tracking.
Handle Export shipping document such as invoice, packing list, BL, AWB, FORM FTA, and etc
Communicate on daily basis with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Clients, Sales and Oversea Agent Offices.
Ensure correct billing and costing after shipment departure.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions, documentation and shipment details.
Resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process, such as documentation errors, vessel delays or customs issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in import / export company
- Strong communication skills, problem-solver, able to work under pressure.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Good computer skills
