Job description
We are seeking marketing position who will be responsible to drive growth of hero business unit of City Fresh which is fresh fruit both sales and prospect. Along with building brand image and brand awareness
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and strategic plan City Fresh product launches, focusing primarily on online channels (85-90%) and a smaller portion on offline channels (10-15%), to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.
• Manage sales budgeting and product-specific sales, forecast incoming quantities, monitor P&L, and collaborate with operations for inventory management.
• Implement marketing plans, develop rich content and media across all City Fresh touchpoints under brand guideline; be able to brief key messages and give feedback on artworks and final copies.
• Educate both internal and external stakeholders of the brand story, product knowledge and associated benefits
• Monitor market trends, target customers segments and competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendation based on insight.
• Support cross-functional team or channel to ensure successful launch throughout the period of each campaign period
• Assist members of sales team in converting prospects and maintain existing customers
• Track and analyze data strategically in order to develop effective campaign, engage customers, elevate brand visibility and boost sales performance

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- BSc or higher in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field; new grads are also welcome
- Experienced in FMCG, QSR or online business will be preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a solid understanding of key performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate across function and embrace to diversity
- A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a focus on results.
- A highly committed individual and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take initiative and contribute to the success of business
- Passionate about food, particularly fruits, and staying informed about emerging eating trends.
