• Communicate with Sales Managers regarding order and delivery status.
• Maintain current and accurate customer files and information.
• Take care of customer service after closing the sale.
• Prepare sales proceeds, direct profit, and all data summaries on request of management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned in the department and from management.
