รายละเอียดงาน
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบปริญญาตรีคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือคณะที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ขึ้นไปในระดับการจัดการโรงงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและ Supply chain
- **จำเป็นต้องมีความเข้าใจด้านกระบวนการผลิตและมาตรฐานการควบคุมคุณภาพอาหาร (Ice-cream, Bakery จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
