We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a robust background in IT Solutions/System Integration. The ideal candidate will not only possess excellent sales skills but also have the ability to build and lead a sales team. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for improving internal processes between the sales team and other key departments, including the presales team, project management team, software team, and IT operations team. The objective is to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of tasks to clients.   5. Experience in evaluating projects, calculating costs, and determining project margins.
  6. Connections with government clients and knowledge of government auctions.
  7. Demonstrated ability to improve internal processes for better collaboration and task delivery.
  8. Must have a valid driving license and own a car for business-related travel.
