Major roles •Create and update maintenance work instructions •Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans •Ensure the availability of the factory facilities documentation •Define standards inventory and control of spare parts and material needed for maintenance activities •Ensure availability of spare parts for keys machine and equipment •Involving to sourcing of maintenance spare parts provider •Lead action plans to improve maintenance KPIs, breakdown %,MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production •Act to minimize downtime of machine and equipment •Act to improve the imperfection things of factory facilities •Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical •Ensure proper maintenance records •Participate to the installation and commissioning of new machine •Diagnosis breakdown problems •Monitor & control maintenance cost Minor roles •Train and coach the production teams in the proper apply of preventive maintenance tasks •Perform OJT to teams the on standards implemented •Continuous improvement at weakness areas and maintain as standard •Assigned task by superior
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male, Thai nationality 30-40 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics
  3. Hold on 5 years experience on plastic injection molding machine maintenance
  4. Knowledge machine preventive maintenance program
  5. Understanding to wiring diagrams, PLC, Automation system
  6. Solid knowledge to factory facilities maintenance such Cooling tower,Water pump, Air compressor, Air conditioner, High voltage electricity and factory electric system.
  7. Understand to quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
  8. English communications skill
