รายละเอียดงาน
- Collaborate with the development team as well as Project Manager, Business Analyst, System
Analyst during planning sessions to clearly understand the requirements.
- Setup and configured Self-Service System to provide and Efficient response to the customer
request.
- Design test case and implement system test.
- Record/analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
- Perform reporting the defect to the bug tracking system.
- Support system integration / user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to fix and improve software
- Develop project-related documents such as user acceptance test documents and user
manuals
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, Age 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related in the fields.
- Knowledge in C#
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.
- Knowledge in Linux, Window Server and VMWare.
- At least 1 years of experience in software development
- Familiar with Self-Service System is a plus
- Good command of English.
