คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Educational Background:Bachelor's degree with engineering background or related field
  2. Experience in manufacturing series production in automotive business, molding technology or polymer
  3. Experience in Plastic injection process at least 3 years
  4. Willingness to travel oversea
  5. Good communication skills in English
  6. Focus on quality targets (CRI, IDC, Safe launch)
  7. P-FMEA and Control Plan creation/Maintenace
  8. Structured approach, good time management
  9. Moderation skills
  10. Connection with other functions and other locations in production network
  11. Good communication to management and MOE1 team
  12. Know-how from automotive business
  13. Strong quality method expertise
  14. Quality Tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5s)
