Main Job Purpose:
The Jr. Process Utilities Engineer role is critical to the development in Utilities area of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses. She/he will apply extensively the full range of Focussed in Utilities Improvement methods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, and Service. The Cost Deployment pillar will be populated with data built up through application of the Managing Manufacturing Performance Code, which is key to ensuring focus on key losses.
The Jr. Process Utilities Engineer is responsible for process improvements and the establishment of revised standard and optimize operating conditions on Utilities area. A core deliverable is eliminate losses and wastes and increase the reliability to support Job Responsibilities:
• Leader for Utilities process improvement
• Eliminate Waste and Loss according to the prioritization process using AM, PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies.
• Create Technical Standards to ensure process stability in Utilities area
• Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions (stability sustainability).
• Identify and extend good practice to other lines.
• Working with factory to identify loss and working on sustainability project to reduce environment impact. Role Requirements on Initiation of Post:
• Able to clearly understand operating principles and establish correct operating standards;
• Able to present findings and rationales clearly so that whole factory team can understand;
• Able to make logical decisions based on data;
• Possess challenging and pioneering spirit.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic engineering with 1 – 2 year working experience
- Hand on experience in FMCGs manufacturing process and technology.
- Energetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skill.
- Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures of FMCGs.
- Able to communicate in English.
