• Oversee the total related processes of recruitment • Analyze the current recruitment situation and plan the recruitment solution • Screen, interview, and selection candidates • Contact candidate to make interview and sign contract appointment • Prepare essential documents for job application and employment • Summarize weekly - monthly manpower • Coordinate with internal or external organization • Update recruitment situation including analyzing customer requirements

Not specified gender, Maximum 40 years old
Graduated Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment
Ability to communication and recommendation
Provide agility and work flexibility
Skilled in problem-solving & solution analyzation
Skilled in data analytic & weekly - monthly report creation
Skilled in negotiation and presentation
Provided positive attitude and relationship management with colleagues
Available using Microsoft Office
