รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting,
- interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Develop training materials and performance management programs
- Create a compensation strategy for employees
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Take responsibilities to take care HR and General affair staff
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or up in Human resources or other related fields
- Excellent to Speak, read and write English
- Experience in Human Resource and General affairs as Manager or Asst. Manager at least 5 years
- Good computer skill
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and prioritization.
- Able to work under high pressure, flexible
