รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible for the compliance task of subsidiaries in Thailand, including one or more areas such as personal data protection, antitrust, trade compliance, etc.;
-Serve as DPO of Thailand company, responsible for the personal date protection such as ROPA, date transfer out of Thailand, communicate with the Personal Data protection committee;
-Participate in the construction of global compliance projects with the HQ;
-Handle daily business and other regular compliance issue;
-Develop and optimize management processes and systems related to responsibilities, accurately identify and promote business risk management;
-Provide legal compliance advice, carry out compliance training;
-Handle other compliance affairs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, major in law
- At least 8 years of working experience in the relevant field, 5 years for outstanding candidates
- Be qualified as a Thai lawyer or pass the Thai BAR
- Fluent in Thai and English, can be used as a working language. Chinese is preferred
