Responsible for maintaining and repairing of plastic foam line machinery that including;Motors and drives,large gearboxes,extrudes,heaters,thermoplastic,heat ex changers,bearing,belts,rollers and shafts,loader,blowers,blenders,crushers,over-hear cranes,transformers,chillers,piping line and air compressor included in day to day activities will be conducting periodic maintenance checks,planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications,identifying faults,investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out while ensuring a continuous improvement operation. Assist in the development and implementation of CMMS and maintenance improvement programs that support the reliability,efficiencies and uptime of the plant.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- Than 8-20 years in Maintenance and project experience with minimum of 5 year in Foam plastic estrusion,Food industrial line or Injection plants.
- Experience in the use of maintenance improvement programs,Development petrochemical process and functions.
