รายละเอียดงาน
1. To organize the team for planning transport on target and control supervisor for the daily operation.
2. To be able to analyze/advise and find the proper solution to improve operation and lead time to follow KPI.
3. Daily problem-solving and management-level coaching.
4. To communicate and negotiate with the transporter and yard operation team.
5. To support special requests from superiors.
**Workplace: Gateway City Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao. (And Minburi, Bangkok by occasionally)
**Working Time: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male candidates between the ages of 36-44 years old are preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for domestic auto transportation & logistics or a related field.
- Experience in NVL and/or inland vehicle transportation & distribution is an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing transportation operations.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team of transportation professionals.
- Strong understanding of transportation laws and regulations.
- Work at Gateway City Industrial Estate, Chachoengsaoand needs rotation in several places to support all functions of domestic & export
- At least 6 years of experience in leadership roles at the management level.
- Strong analytical, project, and risk management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and Excel proficiency.
- Result-oriented, energetic, adaptable, and a team player.
- Proficient in business English, both written and spoken. (TOEIC score is considered an advantage.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
