Objectives of this role
• Work on a wide range of projects, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with product and graphic design teams to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which include simultaneous project
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain databases for designs
Responsibilities
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with product and graphic design teams on a wide range of materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Follow up design implementation in situ to achieve goals and results.
Required skills and qualifications
• Creativity and innovative design skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a creative agency
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software a plus
- Strong English communications skills.
