รายละเอียดงาน1.Convert inbound leads generated from marketing and advertising, and outbound sales by approaching prospected customers to hit the company’s quarter target.
2.Conduct sales processes including; setting up a meeting, presenting sales deck, demonstrating the company's system and services, making quotations and proposals, negotiating to close deals, and finalizing contracts.
3.Design solutions for the right value proposition, the right price, the right contract, and the right scope of operations to make the solutions run profitable and sustainable.
4.Work along with onboarding, warehouse, and customer relation teams to make sure customers’ expectations and experiences are matched rightfully.
5.Analyze the unsolved pain points and trends of targeted customers, come up with recommendations, and work with the product/tech team to develop a sustainable and scalable product.
6.Suggest or recommend additional or special services or logistics operations, balancing between capturing sales opportunities and smooth operations.
7.Build and maintain good customer relationships by providing smooth sales experiences, professional communication, and responding quickly and precisely to inquiries and concerns.
8.Represent the company at various marketing events or support the onboarding and marketing team during customer meetings as needed.
9.Report on sales progress, problems, and opportunities to the manager, including market conditions and competitor analysis on a monthly basis.
10.Prepare leads reports and presentations for internal and external meetings as necessary
