1.Sourcing and Vendor Management: •Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and overseas suppliers/vendors. •Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products/services. •Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, products, and services that align with company needs. •Price Negotiation and Vendor Comparison 2.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible value. •Analyze vendor proposals and conduct comparative analysis to make informed purchasing decisions. •Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service. 3.Freight and Order Management: •Coordinate and manage freight logistics for both inbound and outbound shipments. •Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to specifications. •Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder processes to maintain adequate stock levels. 4.Payment Terms and INCO Knowledge: •Understand and manage various payment terms and methods in accordance with company policies. •Knowledgeable about INCO (International Commercial Terms) to facilitate smooth international transactions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineer or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferred raw material planning, and material controller with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing local and overseas suppliers.
  3. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  4. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in vendor management and comparative analysis.
  6. Understanding of payment terms, INCO, and international trade regulations.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software/tools.
